    2 CUPS OF CHERRY TOMATOES OR 2-3 WHOLE TOMATOES
    4 EARS OF CORN
    3 TLB RED WINE VINEGAR
    3 TBL VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
    SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

USE RED WINE VINEGAR INSTEAD OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR.

Directions

BLANCH GREEN BEANS UNTIL TENDER CRISP. THEN PUT IN ICE WATER TO STOP COOKING PROCESS. BOIL CORN FOR A FEW MINUTES. CUT CORN OFF OF COB. CUT CHERRY TOMATOES IN HALF OR USE CHOPPED WHOLE TOMATOES.

ADD EVERYTHING IN A LARGE BOWL. MIX AND ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
