Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    3 1/2 pounds very lean ground beef (I used 90%)
    1 1/2 tsp naturally smoked sea salt
    1 1/2 tsp sea salt
    3 tsp garlic powder
    3 tsp onion powder
    1 1/2 tsp ground coriander seed
    3/4 tsp ground ginger
    3/4 tsp chipotle chili powder

Tips

You can also make large sticks or strips or any shape you want. You can dry it in an oven as well. A dehydrator is just easier.

I use ground beef from grass-fed beef and organic spices.


Directions

Mix all ingredients very very well.

Using a jerky gun, shoot out small sticks onto dehydrator trays. Dehydrate until dried but not hard.
