Introduction

I make one supper then freeze the remaining sauce, usually split three ways, each will make another supper and a couple of lunches I make one supper then freeze the remaining sauce, usually split three ways, each will make another supper and a couple of lunches

Ingredients

    tomato product = canned diced tomatoes with or without spice
    pc spaghetti sauce - use zesty large ca
    ground beef 1.5 lbs.
    onion & celery chopped finely
    garlic, can use more; minced
    mushrooms optional / sliced

Tips

Serve with whole wheat spaghetti and ceaser salad or cole slaw, add garlic bread if you'd like.


Directions

mix all ingredients in pot. cover. bring to boil. then turn to low. cook for approx 2 hours on stove or can go into slow cooker for about 4 hours. if on stove, be sure to stir about every 15 minutes! (I once burned it to the pot by forgetting I had it cooking!!)
