Ingredients

    1 medium baked potato
    3 ounces grilled chicken, sliced or shredded
    2 tablespoons prepared guacamole
    1/4 cup prepared salsa
    1/4 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Split potato in half and place on microwave-safe plate. Over it place chicken, guacamole, salsa and cheese.
Cover loosely with waxed paper and microwave until heated through, around 2 minutes.
