Introduction
We like serving this over toasted whole grain hamburger buns, bread. Also yummy over rice or a green salad. Top with a little low fat tex-mex cheese and a bit of low fat sour cream or greek yogurt. Ingredients

2 lbs Extra Lean Ground Beef (browned and fat drained)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 cups Onion (chopped)
1 cup Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 small can Green Chili Peppers (about 1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
3 cups Unsalted Diced Tomatoes (liquid and tomatoes)
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Flour
2 cups Corn
2 cups Black Beans
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Dried Cilantro (or 1 Tbsp fresh)
1 tsp Dried Oregano
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain off any fat.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion saute until onion is soft.
Add green bell pepper and green chili pepper and minced garlic, cook 1 minute.
Stir in flour and tomato paste and cook 1 minute.
Stir in diced tomatoes and their liquid, chili powder, cilantro and oregano. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
Add corn and black beans and continue to simmer another 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
