    peach preserves, jelly, 1/2 cup
    Garlic, 1 clove
    *goldens spicy mustard, 2 Tbs
    *La Choy Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    *Crushed Red Pepper,1/4 tsp
    4 -*Pork Chops 3 0z each
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp
    2 oz diet v8 splash tropical


combine preserve, garlic,mustard, soy sauce,v8juice,red pepper in bowl.
season pork add oil to pan heat for a few minutes add pork cook on both side for 5 min remove from heat.
add mixture in bowl to pan and bring to a boil turn down and cook for 5 min turn off heat and add pork turning over and over cover and let set in sauce for a couple of minute and then serve with rice,
