    Strawberry or vanilla protein powder, 1 scoop

    frozen strawberries, unsweetened, .5 cup

    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup

    1/2 medium banana

    Sugar Free Fat Free Jello Instant Pudding Mix - Cheesecake, 1 Tbsp

Tips

Try drinking a sample through a straw and if too think add milk by tablespoons until you can easily draw it through the straw. Don't forget to add the additional milk to your meal tracker!


Directions

Starting with frozen fruit add ingredients to blender and blend until you reach an even consistency.
