Introduction

Very filling. I make this on Sundays and cut it into 5 servings to heat up each morning of the work week for my breakfast. A couple co-workers have been doing the same. Very filling. I make this on Sundays and cut it into 5 servings to heat up each morning of the work week for my breakfast. A couple co-workers have been doing the same.

Ingredients

    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 8 fl oz
    Jimmy Dean - Pork Sausage - Reduced Fat, 6 oz (1/2 the package)
    Eggland's Best Large Egg, 3 serving
    Kroger Lowfat Cottage Cheese, .30 cup
    Kroger cheddar cheese 2% lowfat, 6 oz
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp
    Milk, 2%, .25 cup

Directions

Brown the sausage
Beat the eggs, egg beaters, pepper, and milk
Add the cheeses and mix
Finally add the sausage and mix
Put in sprayed 8x8 or 9x9 pan
Bake about 30 minutes in a 350 oven

Serving Size: Cut into 5 servings
