    1 - 2.5 pound pork tenderloin
    1/2 Cup dried cranberry and apple mix
    1 C brown gravy


Slice down center of pork tenderloin
Stuff center of pork with dried fruit and season with salt and pepper. Wrap in tinfoil
Cook in 350 preheated oven for 20 minutes or until meat temp reaches 140. Pour gravy over meat. Cook until 145 degrees
