    1/2 cup AP flour
    1/2 cup WW flour
    1 cup corn meal
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    dash of cinnamon & cloves
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 cup pumpkin puree
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup water


Preheat oven to 350. Spray 10 muffin cups with
nonstick cooking spray. Combine flours, cornmeal,
soda, powder, salt, cinnamon, and cloves. Beat in
sugar, applesauce, pumpkin, and water until well
blended. Divide evenly among muffin cups and bake
about 15 minutes, or just until a toothpick comes out
