Introduction

Pulled pork, done up in the oven with amazing taste and flavor! Pulled pork, done up in the oven with amazing taste and flavor!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin (appx. 10 oz, can be more or less to suit)
    Weber Sweet n Tangy BBQ Seasoning (Dry rub) - cover the meat with the seasoning does not need more.
    Honey BBQ Sauce - One 12 oz Container

Directions

In a baking dish - cover/rub pork with Weber Dry Rub, add 1/4 cup water to dish - cover with foil and bake at 325 for appx. 70 minutes (longer if on the bone or thick, my tenderloin was thin and split as I was rubbing it)
Once pork is at temp - remove foil, bake appx 5 minutes without foil.
Remove from oven - take pork and place on plate - shred if desired. Empty water from dish.
Replace meat in dish after shredded - cover with bbq sauce and mix well. You want ALL the meat covered.
Replace foil - place back in the oven for about 10 minutes, then remove and serve.
