Ingredients

    3 oz. chicken breast cut into strips
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 cup pineapple tidbits
    1/2 cup slice mushrooms
    1 cup chopped cabbage
    1 Tble. teriyaki sauce
    1 clove minced garlic

Directions

Spray a nonstick skillet lightly with cooking spray and sauté garlic over low heat until golden; raise heat to medium, add chicken and stir-fry until chicken is no longer pink. Remove chicken and garlic from pan and reserve. Add oil and the chopped vegetable to the pan and sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Add reserved chicken and garlic to pan; add teriyaki sauce and pineapple chunks, and stir-fry about 2-3 minutes more. Serve over cooked rice.
