    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1 Tbls soy sauce
    1 tsp grated fresh ginger
    1/8 tsp cayenne ginger
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbls vegetable oil


1. Combine syrup, soy sauce, ginger and cayenne in a small bowl and set aside. Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until just smoking. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
2. Reduce heat to medium-low and add syrup micture to skillt. Simmer, turning chicken once ot twice to coat, until glaze is slightly thickened and chicken is cooked through, 2 to 4 minutes. Serve

Make 4 servings of 1 chicken breast per person

Be sure to use 100 percent pure maple syrup rather than "pancake syrup"
