Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    - 2 large eggs
    - 4 large egg whites
    - 1/2 cup shredded 2% Reduced Fat Colby Jack cheese
    - 1 oz Canadian Bacon
    - 1/4 cup chopped onion
    - 0.5 tsp baking powder
    - Salt, Pepper & Other Seasonings to taste (I used Salt, Dehyrdated Minced Garlic and Garlic Powder)


Tips

*Note - You can play with this recipe by adding/substituting other ingredients, such as turkey sausage, peppers, drained frozen spinach, etc.


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350*F
2. In a small bowl, mix the eggs, egg whites, cheese and baking powder until well blended. Stir in canadian bacon, onion and seasonings
3. In a WELL-GREASED muffin pan (I used a silicone muffin pan), pour mixture evenly to fill 6 muffins worth. Bake 25-30 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 6 quiches
