Ingredients

    3 T Olive oil
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green or red bell peppers
    9 oz artichoke hearts
    1.5 cups black beans
    1.5 cups white beans
    1.5 cups garbanzo beans
    Quaker Old fashioned oats24 oz
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup garlic
    2 tsp hungarian paprika
    2 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp beau monde seasoning

Tips

If you don't like the texture of whole beans, place the beans in the food processor and pulse until the beans are the consistency you like.


Directions

Saute vegetables in oil until translucent. Remove from heat and cool. Add veggies to beans and mix thoroughly. Add oats and eggs, mix with hands and form into 18 patties. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Grill 2- 3 minutes per side.
