Ingredients

    3 boneless skinless breast of chicken cubed
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 garlic clove (or sue garlic and herb spice - 1 tablespoon)
    4 cups tomatoes chopped
    2 to 3 cups mozzarella cheese
    8 portions of spaghetti (cooked as directed on package)

    Optional: I have added 1 cup mushrooms and 1 cup of zucchinni to this also

Directions

Cook Pasta as directed on package while you do the chicken.
In lager skillet heat oil, add onions and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes add chicken. Cook to almost all pink is gone. Add tomatoes and cook until chicken is done. Add cheese and let it melt. Place pasta on plate add the chicken on top and that is your meal.
