    8 oz Tofu
    1/4 Onion, chopped
    1/4 Green pepper, chopped
    1/4 Red pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp turmeric
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp parsley flakes
    1 tsp vegetable oil (substitute: cooking spray)


Makes one lunch or dinner!
-Serve with 1 cup starch and 1 cup fresh vegetable!

*Combine spices and herbs in bowl and set aside.
*Saute onions over medium heat until soft (3 minutes).
*Add peppers and saute 2 minutes.
*Add garlic and saute 1 minute.
*Crumble in tofu.
*Add spice mixture and cook over medium heat!

-Delicious served warm with some hot steak fries!
