Introduction

Ingredients

    6 cups Green Beans, trimmed (2 bags if using the kind that steam in the microwave)

    1 shallot, peeled and finely chopped
    2 pats of butter (can also use 2 tbsp olive oil)
    1 package of grape tomatoes, each sliced in half
    1 package of sliced mushrooms

    salt and pepper to taste (not calculated)

Directions

Steam the Green beans

in a large skillet, melt the butter and saute the shallots until translucent.
Add mushrooms and brown them, stirring constantly
Add Tomatoes and cook until a liquid forms in the pan

Drain green beans if necessary, and place in large bowl.
Add skillet mixture to bowl and toss.

Serving Size: makes 8 cup servings
