    6 to 10 bell peppers
    Onions raw, 1 cup chopped
    Shallots 5 Tbsp chopped
    Garlic 1 tsp minced
    1 egg beaten
    Parlsely flakes 1 Tbsp
    1 Tsp salt
    1/2 c butter
    Bread Crumbs seasoned 2 cups
    32 oz of shrimp raw, chopped
    Hormel Bacon Bits 3 Tbsp
    Pepper optional


Salt and pepper and bacon bits are optional.


Boil bell pers whole for 5 miutes. drain and place on platter to cool. Saute onions, shallots, and garlic in butter for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add bacon bits and saute for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and saute until pink. Add salt and pepper. Stir well. Add Bread Crumbs, remove from fire. Add beaten egg and parsely. Mix ingredients well. Stuff bell peppers and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
