Ingredients

    Florida's Natural, Orange Juice Plus Calcium with Added Vitamin D, 8 fl oz,
    Raspberries, .16 cup
    *Peaches, fresh, .33 cup slices
    Mangos, .33 cup, sliced
    Strawberries, fresh, .16 cup
    Avocados, California (Haas), .25 cup

Tips

Make sure all the fruit (except avocado) is frozen.


Directions

To measure out the fruit, I fill the 1/2 cup measure up mostly with peaches then a few strawberries, and then repeat with the mangos and raspberries.
put everything in a blender and blend till' smooth.
