    2 T margarine
    1/4 c onion chopped
    1 t curry
    1/4 t garlic
    pinch ginger
    1/2 c applesauce
    1 c chicken broth
    1 c shredded cooked chicken


sautee onions, add spices and applesauce... let simmer a couple minutes. Add chicken and broth. Let simmer 5-10 mintues. Serve over rice.
