    3 C flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    3 tsp cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 C applesauce
    1 C white sugar
    1 C brown sugar
    3 tsp vanilla extract
    4 C grated zucchini
    1 C chopped walnuts
    1 C choc chips


Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease 2 8X4 inch pans.
Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the eggs, sugar, applesauce, sugars, and vanilla. Mix together. Add the zucchini, walnuts, and chips.
Pour into pans.
Bake for 55-60 min.
Mini loaves bake 40 min
Muffins bake 11-13 min
