Ingredients

    5 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
    1/4 cup chopped garlic
    4 Tbsp unsalted butter
    4 Tbsp margarine
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Cut potatoes in 1 inch squares. Place all items into baking dish and roast in 375 degree oven. Serve.
