2 9oz packages of no boil lasagne
10 cups of a good pizza mix shredded cheese
1 cup grated parmesan
6 cups of real ricotta cheese
2 10oz boxes of chooped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 10oz packages portebella mushrooms
2 cups chopped onions
2 cups finally chopped zuccinni
1 tbsp minced garlic
Have some fun with this reciepe! Go to an Italian deli and buy the real cheeses! Use some different varieties until you get a mix you like. This is a to die for treat that eaten in small amounts with a large salad will not blow your diet! It freezes well to take for lunches that others will envy!
