    6 eggs
    1 c. ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. grated parmesan
    1/4 bunch chopped kale
    1 can chopped artichokes


wisk eggs and cheeses together. Fold in kale and artichokes. Pour batter into a greased round cake pan and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
