    1 to 2 avocados, cut into chunks
    2 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, quartered
    1 thick slice red onion, chopped
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 dash garlic powder
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir to distribute the oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.


Refrigerate any left overs.
