Introduction

This is Paula Deen's banana pudding recipe, but with fat free substitutes. 1 serving has 5.9 g of fat, as opposed to over 20g. ;) It's still a very rich dessert! Ingredients

    1 box Vanilla Wafers
    6-8 Bananas (this recipe has 6)
    2 boxes French Vanilla Pudding
    2 C fat free milk
    1 8 oz package fat-free cream cheese (softened)
    1 14 oz can fat free condensed milk
    1 container fat free whipped topping

Directions

Line the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish with vanilla wafers. Layer banana slices on top.

In a bowl, combine milk and pudding mix and blend well using electric mixer. Using another bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth. Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Add pudding mixture and stir until well blended.

Pour mixture over cookies and bananas and cover with remaining cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
