Introduction

Whole grain banana nut bread. Whole grain banana nut bread.

Ingredients

    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda

Directions

Mash bananas and mix with eggs. Add sugar, then flour and baking soda. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray, fill with batter and bake 350 for 1 hour.

Cut into 16 servings.
