    Pasta, cooked, 1.5 cups
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 10 piece
    *chilli, 0.5 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    *Rocket, 50 gram(s)
    100g peeled prawns

Enjoy with a nice glass of white wine...and you can also add a little to the sauce if you want some extra body in the sauce!

1. Put the water on to boil. In the mean time heat the oil in a saucepan.
2. Chop the chilli and garlic and saute in the heated oil until cooked.
3. Add the prawns and chopped sundried tomatoes and cook until the prawns are slightly golden
4. Add the tinned tomato and about have a tin again of water.
5. By now the water should be boiling. Add the pasta and boil until cooked while also allowing the sauce to gently simmer.
6. Once the pasta is cooked drain the pasta.
7. Serve the pasta in bowls topped with the sauce, some parmesan cheese and the rocket.

Serving Size: Two bowls (main dinner)
