    Ground Pork, 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m
    Cabbage, fresh, .25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, strips or slices
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Garlic, 3 cloves, diced fine
    *Thai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Wild Rice, 1 cup
    *Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Blend 1Tbsp


*You can add more for a spicier dish. Experiment with other asian spices and sauces, for example teriayki sauce until you get YOUR perfect stir fry.


Cook rice according to package directions. Set aside. Saute pork in skillet with oil until done. Drain meat, keeping leftover oil in skillet. Set meat aside. Saute vegies till they are as tender as you like them. Add meat and rice to skillet and add soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic and Mrs Dash. Saute for another 2 min. Serve hot.
