Ingredients

1/2 cup Butter
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Erythritol
36 drops liquid Stevia
5 Eggs
1 Banana (optional)
1 tsp Banana Extract
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 cup Walnuts
Tips
Leave the banana out & increase the banana extract if you want to save some carbs.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In stand mixer, add the cream cheese & butter, & cream ingredients together. Add Erythritol & Stevia, the extracts & the banana (if desired) to the mixing bowl. Slowly add eggs individually while the mixer is on low speed. Scrape the sides to ensure everything is mixed. Mix for 30 seconds on a medium speed.
Reduce speed to low, & add almond flour, coconut flour, & baking powder to the mix. Mix for 1 minute.
Pour into a well-greased loaf pan, & bake for 45-55 minutes @ 350F.
