Introduction

Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Penne Rigate Cooked (or any whole wheat Pasta you like) Chopped Red Onion Chopped Chicken breast (Boneless,skinless Broiled or Grilled)
    Basil Julianned
    Fat free caesar dressing
    Sundried Tomatoes or Cherry Tomatoes Sliced
    Parmesan Cheese
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Romaine Lettuce chopped thin
    Fat free croutons of your choice to top

Tips

If you expect to have left overs dont combine lettuce. Just toss with indivual portions on plate. Refrigerate seperately.


Directions

Grill or broil chicken till no longer pink set aside to cool. Cook Pasta in boiling water 7-10 minutes. Drain pasta and rinse with cool water. Combine all ingrediants except romaine lettuce in large bowl. Place romaine lettuce on top of salad. Chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. . Right before serving toss lettuce into mixture and top with croutons. Eat right away Serving Size: makes 6-8 1 cup servings
