Ingredients

    8 RICE PAPER WRAPS
    4 CHICKEN BREAST (4 oz each)
    1 tbs each GARLIC, ONION, & CHILI POWDER
    1 tsp BLACK PEPPER
    1 tsp MRS. DASH LEMON PEPPER, GARLIC AND
    HERB, & SOUTHWEST CHIPOTLE SEASONING
    1 C RYE FLOUR LIGHT

    may increase or decrease spices to taste.

Directions

SOAK 8 RICE PAPER WRAPS (1 at a time) IN WATER TO SOFTEN.
per-heat oven to 350 degrees
spray baking pan with grilling spray.
mix all spices with the rye flour in a deep wide bowl.
cut each breast in half , sprinkle top of each breast .with spice mixture
wrap each breast with one rice paper wrap over lapping edges on back side to seal.
roll each wrapped chicken in spice flour mix coating well.
place single layer breast on sprayed baking pan.
place in center of oven .
bake 350 degrees 45 to 60 minutes until done.
