    Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 3 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 6 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    *Better than Bullion (Chicken), 1 tsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)


you can leave vegetables out until the last hour if you wish to


Combine chicken broth, cumin and any other spices in the bottom of a crock pot. Add vegetables and chicken and cook on low 6 8 hours until chicken is fork tender. Enjoy!
