Ingredients

*2 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
*1 lb Jennie-O Turkey Store Sausage Turkey Italian Sweet
*6 cups of Hunt's Original Style Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
*1.5 cups Bird's Eye Steamfresh Frozen Mixed Vegetables *2/3 cup corn, carrots,peas, green beans,
*2 medium Eggs
*4 tbsp chopped Basil
*1 cup of Kroger Low Fat Ricotta cheese
*9 strips of Barilla no boil lasagna
Directions
Brown the sausage in the olive oil. Drain and add the marinara sauce. set aside. In a mixing bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, frozen veggies, eggs, basil, and Parmesan cheese. In a 13x9 baking dish, put some meat-mixture sauce on the bottom, then begin layering 3 strips of the no-boil noodles, the ricotta cheese mixture, sauce, etc. End with sauce on the top and the 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil, and Bake at 375* for 50 minutes. Uncover after 50 minutes, and let cook an additional 15. Cut into 8 equal servings.
