    500g extra lean beef
    3 links of spicy sausage, casings removed
    1.5 cups chopped onion
    1 cup green pepper
    1 cup red pepper
    7 cloves of minced garlic
    5 chili peppers minced
    1 bottle Stella Artois
    1 tin chopped tomatoes in juice
    3 cups of black beans soaked overnight and rinsed
    0.5 tsp salt
    Cumin, 1 Tbsp
    Coriander, 1 Tbsp
    Cayenne, 0.5 Tbsp
    Oregano, 1 tsp
    Sunflower oil, 1 Tbsp


Heat oil in large pot. Add vegetables and chills and cook till soft. Add garlic and stir till fragrant. Add meat to pot and brown. Spoon off any excess fat. Add beer, tomatoes, beans, and water (if needed) to cover meat well. Cover with lid and simmer till beans are tender, about 2 hours.

Serving Size: When spread over nachos, serves 24
