    Tomatoes, 3 large whole, peeled, seeded, and chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped
    Garlic, 4 clove, finely chopped
    Oregano, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Marjoram, dried, 0.125 tsp
    Chicken stock,2 cup
    Basil, 1/4 cup fresh, chopped


Place all ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
Blend in batches until smooth.
Garnish with fresh basil.

Makes 4-6 1 cup servings
