    36 oz extra lean turkey
    1 tsp tabasco
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp sea salt
    2 tsp oregano
    3 tbsp chili powder
    1 6oz can tomaoe paste
    2 large cans of tomatoes (no salt added)
    2 cloves of garlic
    5 small onions
    2 tbsp of olive oil
    1 can or 14 oz of broth
    3 cups mushrooms uncooked (optional)
    add some water if needed


I used a crock pot and cooked it for 4 hours but you can use the stove. I also made the meat mixture the night before to safe me some time.
Heat oil and cook onions peppers and garlic. Add meat and cook until done remove and place in crock pot. Cook mushroom a little until tender add to meat. then add tomatoes with their liguid, the beans , broth, tomatoe paste and seasonings bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook covered untill chili has thickened to desired consistancy. Stirring occasionally. Serve over rice, nacho chips with cheese and sour cream if you like
