    4 medium baked potatoes with the filling scooped out
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup low fat shredded cheddar
    4 tbs real bacon bits
    green onion


place cheese and bacon in bottom of each potato reserving a small nit for topping. crack egg into potato. top with remaining cheese and bacon. cook at 375 for 12 mins. top with green onion.
