    3oz Beef Chorize
    2 servings of Hillshire FarmSmoked Sasuage
    1/2 cup chopped Onions
    8 LArge Eggs beaten
    1/4 cup 1%Milk
    3/4 cup shredded chaeddar cheese
    1 teaspoon Onion Powder
    1 teasoon Garlic Powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons tabasco sause.


Begin cooking chorizo until it becomes like liquid. Dice Sausage and add sausage and onions to chorizo. Cook until onions are done.

Wisk eggs and milk in large bowl. Add spices and tobacco sauce. Once mixed well add 1/2 cup of cheese into the egg mixture. Stir to combine.

Spray cupcake tin (12 cups) with non-stick spray. Spoon Chorizo mix evenly into 12 cups. Add Egg mixture on top evenly into the cups. Using a spoon mix each cup until meat and eggs are mixed.

Sprinkle remaining cheese onto the top of the eggs cups.
Cook at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
