Ingredients

    2 extra large eggs
    2 slices canadian style bacon
    fresh veggies

Directions

Spray muffin tin with spray
saute onions and peppers or what ever veggies you like. Lay 2 slices of canadian bacon in bottom of tin, place a bit of veggies in the cup and top with 2 eggs, bake until eggs are done
