This recipe is a sweet treat, but packs a heaping amount of protein. And not to mention all the natural probiotics from the yogurt and kefir to boost your immune system.

Ingredients

    1 cup of strawberry kefir
    6 oz of non fat Greek Yogurt
    1 to 2 scoops of protein powder
    1 banana
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    4 oz water

Tips

For this recipe, the protein powder adds 15 grams of protein. Different powders will vary in about of protein per serving. NOTE*** Kefir and Greek Yogurt add 33 grams of protein alone.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add in about 6 cubes of ice. Blend until mixture is smooth.
