Ingredients

    *Imperial Stick Margarine (melted), 1 stick
    Kellogg's Special K Cereal 6-8 Cups
    *G. Washington's Rich Brown Seasoning and Broth, 4 pkts
    1 - Onion - Raw, chopped,
    Pecans, 1 cup, chopped
    6 Eggs
    *Tofu ricotta (vegan substitute), 3.5 cup

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl (this will allow butter to cool before adding eggs). Stir in tofu ricotta and eggs. Mix well. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole pan with non-stick spray. Spread mixture evenly in pan and bake at 350F for approx. 45 mins.

Serving Size: Cut into 12 bars
