    1 1/2 lb chicken breast
    1 10oz pkg frozen corn
    1 28oz can petite diced tomatoes
    1 cup chopped onions
    3 cups cubed sweet potatoes
    1 15oz can chicken broth
    1 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp mexican oregeno


If you like more spice instead of the 28 oz can of tomatoes add 2 15 oz cans. One of regular non spiced and one with hot chilis in it.


put the frozen chicken, and frozen corn in the crock pot. Add the onions, sweet potatoes, and can of tomatoes. Sprinkle the cumin and oregeno on top. Pour the can of broth over everything else to wash the spices down in. Place the cooker on low for about 10 hours. When done cooking, stir with a large spoon. The chicken breast should break apart into pieces for you.
