    4 cups flour
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 cup splenda
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    mix together in bowl
    in large bowl mix
    4 eggs ((i used egglands best ) but you can use egg substitude))
    3 cups bananas
    1 cup canola oil
    1/3 cup pecans chopped fine
    mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl add dry ingredients to it. spray 4 bread pans and put equal portions in each. bake at 350 for about one hour last 15 minutes or before cover so the bread doesn't get to dark.


this makes 4 loaves of bread and slice into 10 slices for each loaf.
