Ingredients

    1 box (14 ounces) Barilla Whole Grain medium shells
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 cup frozen spinach
    1 cup frozen cauliflower
    340 grams wild caught canned salmon, drained (two cans)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small onion, raw, chopped
    6 tsp honey mustard
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste

Tips

I also used spices from Spice and Tea Exchange, which made this pop.


Directions

Cook pasta as directed on package. Place frozen vegetables in colander. Drain boiling pasta over frozen vegetables. Let sit. In a large mixing bowl, combine salmon, onion, and minced garlic. Add the pasta and vegetables from the colander. Stir in mustard, salt, and pepper.
