Ingredients

    2/3 cup white whole wheat flour, sifted
    1/3 cup milled flaxseed
    1 Tbsp brown sugar packed
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 Tbsp vanilla
    1 cup blueberries


Directions

Preheat griddle and spray with non fat cooking spray.
Sift flour and mix dry ingredients together. Beat eggs in a seperate bowl. Pour milk into dry ingredients, keep stirring and add applesauce, vanilla, and beaten eggs. Gently add blueberries.
Flip once when airbubbles pop. Recipe calculations do not include syrup.

Serving Size: Makes 8- 4" diameter pancakes
