    1 Bundle Asparagus
    2 tbsp Sugar Free Apricot Preserves
    1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    1/4 tsp minced garlic
    1/8 salt


Trim asparagus as needed. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon over asparagus and roll to coat. Line a baking dish with foil. Spray with Olive Oil spray and place asparagus into the pan. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
