    1 pack frozen broccoli cooked
    2 tbs butter
    2 tbs flour
    2 cups milk
    1 cup chicken stock
    1.5 cup low fat cheddar cheese
    2 tbs low fat cream cheese


melt butter in pot, add flour and cook for few minutes. add milk. simmer until thick. add chicken stock to obtain desired consitency. melt cheese and add broccoli. season with salt and pepper to taste.
