    1 ready to eat graham cracker crust pie shell
    1.5 cups nonfat milk
    250 g Kraft cheesecake pudding mix
    2 cups pitted cherries
    1/2 cup water
    2 tbsp sugar
    2 tbsp cornstarch plus 2 tbsp water


Bake pie crust for 5 minutes in 375 degree oven.

Pour cold milk in bowl of mixer. Add cheesecake pudding mix and mix on low for 2 minutes. Scrape down sides and mix on low for 1 more minute. Scrape again and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into cooled pie shell.

In small pot place cherries, sugar and water and bring to boil. In small bowl, mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and add to cherries and cook until thickened. Cool.

Top cheesecake with cherries when cool.
